Help Inspectors Access Homes; Know Your Lockbox CBS Codes.
The current SUPRA KeyBox system allows the home inspector to enter a home only by using the CBS (call before showing) code for the specific lockbox at the listed property. This system works only if the listing agent knows the code for the lockbox and releases that information to inspectors as requested.
Each lockbox is programmed with a unique CBS code before purchase, and the code is provided to agents when purchasing a lockbox.
